HAP mobilizes — we come to the individual, wherever they are on PEI, and begin community-based support.

Non-Clinical Behavioural Health Consulting
- Behavioural support planning

Peer Mentoring & Lived-Experience Support
- 1:1 peer support sessions
- Mentorship based on shared experiences
- Crisis prevention & grounding strategies (non-clinical)
- Accountability and motivation building
- Group peer-led integration circles
Animal-Assisted Activities (AAA)
- Delivered with temperament-assessed therapy animals
- Emotional stabilization
- Encouragement of empathy and safe attachment
- Reducing loneliness and isolation
- Social skills practice
- Stress reduction and positive behavioural reinforcement
- Incorporation into goal-oriented behaviour plans
Reintegration & Community Transition Support
