We conduct a brief, informal intake conversation to understand needs and match the individual to the right HAP services.

HAP mobilizes — we come to the individual, wherever they are on PEI, and begin community-based support.

Non-Clinical Behavioural Health Consulting

Peer Mentoring & Lived-Experience Support

  • 1:1 peer support sessions

  • Crisis prevention & grounding strategies (non-clinical)
  • Accountability and motivation building
  • Group peer-led integration circles

Animal-Assisted Activities (AAA)

  • Delivered with temperament-assessed therapy animals
